  • The main advantage of using mobile phones is that they make the mode of communication easier and cheaper. Due to low cost, mobiles are affordable and there has been a revolution in the telecom industry where approximately 95% of people use mobile phones for communication. Mobile makes communication easy, just by pressing some key on mobile, we can communicate with our friends, family members or colleagues and others anytime. Mobile gives us a facility to communicate with our colleagues through voice calls, video calls, text messages, recorded calls and more.

  • Sometimes mobile is an annoying device that creates a distraction in your work. This is seen in students who are easily distracted from their studies due to mobile, because the device has applications that attract users to enjoy their software. One such application is various mobile games that are played for days which make people addicted and distract them from their goals.

Health problems:

  • Excessive use of mobile phones causes health problems such as puffiness of the eyes and other problems with vision. Mobile phones include mental disorders like anger, depression, anxiety, tension etc.

Accident:

  • People are glued to their mobiles, even walking down the street or driving. Using a mobile phone while driving causes accidents and endangers the lives of others. Using mobile while driving is very dangerous, as mobile users while driving can injure themselves and cause death of other people through accidents.

Ear problems:

  • Listening to music, watching movies or making long calls with headphones or headsets can damage a persons hearing. Studies have shown that listening at high volume using headphones seriously impairs the ears ability to hear voices accurately.
