Copy and Paste the multiple items
To copy and paste multiple items in Microsoft PowerPoint, you can use the clipboard functionality. Here's how you can do it:
Open PowerPoint:
Select the Items:
In the slide sorter or thumbnail view on the left side, select the slides you want to copy by holding down the Ctrl
(Windows/Linux) or Command
(Mac) key and clicking on each slide.
If you want to copy specific elements within a slide (text boxes, images, etc.), go to the slide where those elements are located and select them by clicking and dragging over them while holding down the mouse button.
Copy the Items:
Paste the Items:
Navigate to the slide or location where you want to paste the items.
Right-click on the slide or the area where you want to paste the items.
Choose "Paste" from the context menu.
If you're pasting slides, you may be prompted to choose between keeping the source formatting or applying the destination theme.
