  1. Drink Plenty of Water: Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day, even if you don't feel thirsty. Aim to drink at least 8-10 cups of water daily, or more if you're sweating heavily or engaging in physical activity.

  2. Avoid Sugary and Caffeinated Beverages: Limit consumption of sugary and caffeinated beverages, such as soda, energy drinks, and sweetened iced tea, as they can contribute to dehydration. Opt for water, herbal tea, or infused water with fresh fruits and herbs instead.

  3. Eat Hydrating Foods: Incorporate hydrating foods into your diet, such as fruits and vegetables with high water content, including watermelon, cucumbers, strawberries, oranges, and leafy greens. These foods can help replenish fluids and electrolytes lost through sweating.

  4.
