Organizational Behavior (OB) is the field of study that investigates how individuals, groups, and structures impact behavior within organizations. The goal of OB is to apply such knowledge toward improving an organization's effectiveness. This multidisciplinary field includes insights from psychology, sociology, anthropology, and management.

 

Here are some key aspects of Organizational Behavior:
