  1. Candidate Profile Transfer: Once a candidate has been hired, their information and documents stored in the ATS can be transferred seamlessly to the onboarding module or integrated HR system. This eliminates the need for manual data entry and ensures consistency of information across the recruitment and onboarding stages.

  2. Onboarding Workflows: Some ATS platforms offer onboarding workflows or checklists that guide recruiters and HR personnel through the onboarding process. These workflows may include tasks such as completing new hire paperwork, setting up payroll and benefits, assigning training modules, and scheduling orientation sessions.

  3. Document Management: ATS platforms allow recruiters to upload and manage onboarding documents, such as offer letters, contracts, tax forms, and company policies. Recruiters can attach documents to candidate profiles within the ATS and track document completion status throughout the onboarding process.
